Sigourney Weaver is a Golden Globe, Saturn Award and BAFTA winning actress, best known for being Riley in the Alien film series. Alongside Riley, she is also known for Dana Barrett in Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II. She has also appeared in the films Working Girl, Galaxy Quest, Paul, and Avatar. Besides winning two Golden Globes, two Saturn Awards and a BAFTA, she has also been nominated for the Academy Awards and the Emmys.

Jim McGreevey (Former Governor of New Jersey)
Jim McGreevey is a former Democratic Governor of New Jersey, and the first (and so far only) openly gay state governor. McGreevey resigned early through his term after he came out and admitted to having an extramarital homosexual affair with the man he appointed as the state’s homeland security advisor. After leaving the office of Governor, he has written a memoir The Confession, about his difficulties being gay along with the dreams of hoping to be a politician. He has also achieved a Masters of Divinity, and wants to become an Episcopalian priest.

Anthony Clifford Grayling is an English philosopher, author, professor and founder of the New College of the Humanities, which is an underground university in London. Prior to that, he was Professor of Philosophy at Birkbeck, University of London. He has written over 30 books including The Refutation of Scepticism, The Future of Moral Values, and The Good Book. He is also; the director and a contributor to Prospect Magazine, a Trustee at the London Library, a Fellow of both the Royal Society of Literature and Arts.

Dr. Francis Collins is a geneticist, physician and author, most well known for his work regarding disease genes and the Human Genome Project. He is currently the Director of the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. He is also the founder and president of the BioLogos Foundation, an organization that promotes and pushes for discourse of the relationship of religion and science. As an author, he has written a New York Times bestseller, The Language of God.

Popular science is a term used to describe science based works that are intended for an audience broader than pure academics. She has written four books: Stiff, Spook, Bonk, and Packing for Mars. They cover the topics: cadavers, the afterlife, sex, and space travel respectively. Her newest book Gulp, is about the digestive system.

Most of his books are textbooks, like his classes are focused on either Germanic history or a wider political and social history of Europe during the 1700 and 1800s. Some of these books are Rhineland Radicals, The Kaiser’s Voters and Revolutionary Europe:1780 – 1850. His newest book is Karl Marx: A Nineteenth Century Life.

Her new book is titled Lean In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead. Lean In was co-authored by Nell Scovell and it is about business leadership, development, lack of women in both government and business leadership positions.

His newest film, Trance is a dramatic thriller that stars James McAvoy and is about an art auctioneer who gets entangled in trying to receive a lost painting.
