The Postal Service (Band: “Give Up” Deluxe 10th Anniversary Edition)

The Postal Service is a electronic band which features the lead singer of Death Cab for Cutie, Ben Gibbard. The other members are Jenny Lewis, of the band Rilo Kiley and producer Jimmy Tamborello of the bands Dntel and Headset. The band first formed in the 2001 then broke up in 2005. This year they have gotten back together and begun touring again. Also, this year there has been a release of a remastered version of their first album, Give Up.

Joss Whedon is a a third generation television and film writer, producer and director. He is well known for having many beloved shows, such as Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly and Dollhouse. He is also known for Doctor Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, a webseries that was a massive hit. He’s also done the films Serenity, a continuation of the series Firefly and Marvel’s The Avengers. His new film, ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ has been released to positive reviews.

Linda Cardellni is an actress who first rose to fame when she starred in the critically acclaimed but unfortunately ended too soon series Freaks and Geeks. Since that time she has appeared in ER, Person of Interest, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Boy Meets World and The Twilight Zone. She has also appeared in a number of films including Brokeback Mountain, Legally Blonde, the live action Scooby Doo films and Super. She has also done voice acting, most notably for Scooby Doo! Mystery Incorporated and Gravity Falls.

Jim Gaffigan (Author: “Dad is Fat”)

Jim Gaffigan is a comedian, actor and author, best known for his work as a stand up comedian. As a comedian he has toured throughout the US and has released 9 CDs of the various tours he has done. As an actor he has appeared in the films Super Troopers, Thirty Years to Life, The Love Guru, 17 Again and Away We Go. He has also appeared in the shows That 70s Show, My Boys, and Flight of the Concords. He has also appeared on Broadway, in the play That Championship Season.

Dawn Porter (Director and Producer: “Gideon’s Army”)

Dawn Porter is one of the founders of the television production company, ‘Trilogy Films’, as well as an accomplished television and film producer and director. She was previously the Director of Standards and Practices at ABC News and as a Vice President of Standards and Practices at A&E Television Networks. She also works in the film industry, where she mainly serves the role of Executive Producer.

Tom Brokaw (NBC News Special Correspondent)

Tom Brokaw is a journalist, author and special correspondent for NBC News. He is best known as being the anchor and managing editor for NBC’s Nightly News. He served as this position for 22 years. As an author he has written many books including The Greatest Generation, A long Way from Home: Growing Up in The American Heartland and The Time of Our Lives.
