Welcome to Better Know a Guest, your weekly guide to the wonderful and diverse array of personalities appearing on ‘The Colbert Report’ and ‘The Daily Show’ each week.

Hey there Hubsters! Hopefully everyone’s holiday season (and, ahem, final exams) are going well! Thanks to Katt for covering for me while I wrote some papers last weekend. Stephen Colbert wrestles his way through a cameo in the pilot episode of Garry Trudeau’s new political comedy series from Amazon, ‘Alpha House’. Friend of the show, Jonathan Alter serves as an executive producer on the series.
