Comedy Central has once again joined forces with Jon Stewart’s Busboy Productions for its fourth biennial special event, “Night of Too Many Stars: America Comes Together for Autism Programs.” Taping on Saturday, October 13, 2012, at the Beacon Theatre in New York City, the benefit will feature Jon Stewart hosting an evening filled with live performances, sketches and short films from a roster of comedy and celebrity all-stars.
Past participants have included: Will Arnett, Fred Armisen, Jack Black, Lewis Black, Matthew Broderick, Steve Carell, Kristin Chenoweth, George Clooney, Stephen Colbert, Elvis Costello, David Cross, Larry David, Susie Essman, Jimmy Fallon, Will Ferrell, Tina Fey, Ricky Gervais, Jim Gaffigan, Tom Hanks, Jonah Hill, Kevin James, Sharon Jones and The Dap-Kings, David Letterman, Maroon 5, Joel McHale, Tracy Morgan, Mike Myers, Conan O’Brien, Bob Odenkrik, Rosie O’Donnell, John Oliver, Amy Poehler, Chris Rock, The Roots, Paul Rudd, Adam Sandler, Martin Short, Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Silverman, Tony Sirico, Jon Stewart, Ben Stiller, Triumph the insult Comic Dog and Robin Williams.
“Night of Too Many Stars” benefits a variety of autism programs across the country in support of the overabundance of individuals with autism that so desperately need quality services.
In 2010, thanks to your support, “Night of Too Many Stars,” through its partner organization, New York Center for Autism, gave more than $3.1 million in grants to 41 programs in 13 states.
