Poll: How Do You Interact with Other Stephen Colbert Fans?

© Alex Wong | Zimbio

We here at Colbert News Hub are fortunate enough to have a wonderful community, and I have no intentions of putting a stop to the Hub any time soon. But I am curious about how you, the Hubsters, interact and participate within the Colbert Nation. Where do you go to actively participate in the Colbert fandom? And by that I mean, I am interested in your active participation whether it be on websites or social media, as opposed to the simple consuming of articles or videos.

What are your preferences? Do you live Tweet the show and other Colbert events? Do you share visual media on tumblr, Instagram or Pinterest? Do you communicate your interest in the show via Facebook and Google + with close friends and family? Do you prefer the protection of the C-Section Facebook Group? Or dare I say it, are you old school and prefer verbal face-to-face communication with other people from the fandom?

So why am I so interested in how you interact within the Colbert Nation? Our aim here at the Hub has always been to bring you the latest Colbert centric as fast and informative as possible, while also keeping you up-to-date with the doings of those in the Six Degrees realm. From this poll I hope to gain a better insight into how community members interact with one another and within the fandom, so that I can continue to better and grow the Hub by giving readers the best and most user-friendly experience possible. One that will encourage them to return to the site, share our content, and to participate within the Hub by commenting on posts, and alerting us to new and interesting Colbert related information and happenings.

Do please share you’re favourite, and even not do favourite part(s) about being about of the Colbert fandom, and being a part of the Hub in the comments. If you have any suggests, tweaks, features and/or upgrades that you feel will be beneficial and improve the Hub please share them with us, ad I will see how I can incorporate them as best I can.

One final question: How many Hubsters use the blog comment hosting service Disqus? (Why, why not?)

** If you are unfamiliar with Disqus, I have just enabled it on our tumblr page, so feel free to have a play and experiment with it there.
