This week features a Power Puff Steve; this is kind of timely because episodes Power Puff Girls are now appearing on the channel Boomerang, at least in my neck of the cable TV.

He explains:
I’m trying to…generate some interest for this idea I had called “All Colbert Octobert” in which I produce a new Colbert inspired mash-up illustration each week of October. I had an on-line poll during September where followers voted on mash-up themes. Week One is Colbert / Powerpuff as you’ve seen. Week Two will be Colbert / True Blood. Week Three will be Colbert / Gilligan’s Island and Week Four will be Colbert / Scott Pilgrim. I’m toying with an additional Halloween special post of Colbert / It’s the great pumpkin, Charlie Brown.
